Key Responsibilities

This is a 360° recruitment role, where you’ll take ownership of the entire recruitment process:

• Business Development: Identify and establish new client relationships.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow strong partnerships with clients.
• Candidate Sourcing and Selection: Find and place top-tier talent in roles that suit their skills and ambitions.
• Revenue Generation and Sales Achievement: Drive financial success for yourself and the business.
• Exceeding Monthly Productivity Levels: Meet and surpass set targets to achieve consistent growth.

Education, Experience & Skills Required

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years of Sales or Recruitment experience (highly advantageous).
• Cold calling experience and proven sales acumen are a plus.
• Demonstrated academic, sporting, or career achievements.
• Must own a reliable vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
