RED Surveyor at The Coca-Cola Company

Job Description    
To document in trade execution, activation and market intelligence by means of conducting timely and accurate in store surveys in line with the requirements as set out by CCBSA, in order for effective management decision making to guide the organisations’ business plan and strategy.

Key Duties & Responsibilities    

• Conducting in-store surveys according to specific requirements.
• Completing all scheduled calls in the time specified.
• Ensuring that all questionnaires are answered accurately as per in-store observation.
• Ensuring that all questionnaires are completed timeously.
• Monitoring and evaluating daily key performance indicators.
• Provision of feedback/information of importance to content and process integrity and schedule adherence.
• Effective execution of general administration (reports, claims etc.).
• Maintaining an updated working knowledge of any changes to survey content, RED standards, survey tools and process.
• Responsibly using, managing and maintaining all business tools.
• Upholding, at all times, the image of the organisation and its brand through conduct of self, presentability and work ethic.

Skills, Experience & Education    

• Grade 12/ Matric Qualification.
• Experience in retail / trade surveys.
• Unendorsed Driver’s License required.
• Own vehicle/safe means of transport an essential requirement for the job.
