Regional Engineering Manager at RCL Foods

ROLE:

The successful candidate would be responsible for:-

• Step changing the engineering and maintenance processes and performance across the Operations Function to ensure sustained, effective operations and asset management;
• Driving the Operations Function’s conformance to national maintenance and engineering-related environmental requirements and standards and to organisational and legislative requirements thereby enhancing its long-term profitability and viability;
• Researching and driving the implementation of new technologies that will reduce costs and increase profitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• A completed Diploma in Electrical Mechanics
• A completed Degree in Engineering is preferred
• 10 years’ experience in a maintenance function with at least 5 years' at management level
