Regional Implementation Manager - Digital Solutions at Epiroc

Main Responsibilities or Functions of Job:

• Be a role model and a visible ambassador for our company values and business code of conduct
• Make sure that all employees have a valid mission with tangible goals and KPI’s
• Act as a consultant to customers to assist with automation and digitalization implementation road maps for customers
• Lead the digital mine system integration into customers sites
• Develop a support organisation for whole of mine systems, with a particularly strong focus on systems and applications
• Overall automation and digitalization project execution management
• Collaborate with other divisions to support automation implementation projects where required
• Develop and manage a data analytics team to support the local CC and be part of the global team
• Generate leads for MRS and CE through data analytics team
• Work closely with the other divisions' Regional Business Line Managers and Product Managers to promote automation process internally and externally and act as a consultant on their application

• Must understand the whole of the automation process and systems
• Very well versed in systems and applications
• Project and program management skills and experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong understanding of software and networks engineering
• Good communication skills and the ability to consult with customers
• Strong presentation skills
• Good Epiroc product knowledge would be advantageous
• Team orientated approach, ability to bring people together
• Reading, writing and speaking abilities at a good level.
• Must have sound report writing skills, hold a good level of conversation with customers, and comprehend information received either technical or non-technical.
• Interpersonal skills to work with customers and to work as part of the regional Digital Solutions Division team

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical), Information Technology, or Computer Science
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mining related industries
• Experience in deploying technology projects (automation and/or digitalization) within the mining industry
