Rental Agent (CPT) at IGrow Wealth Investments

• As a Rental Agent at IGrow, you can focus on what you do best — closing deals and earning commission. You won’t need to source your own properties or tenants; we provide you with the stock and tenant leads.

Minimum requirements (Advantageous):

• Grade 12/Matric.
• NQF4 Real Estate with a FFC certificate.
• Minimum 2-3 years rental experience.
• Well-organised and deadline-driven.
• Computer literate.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Own transport and valid driver's licence.
• Able to work after hours and on weekends as needed.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Liaising with tenants and owners.
• Qualifying and vetting tenants.
• Procurement and placement of qualified tenants.
• Marketing rental stock.
• Inspections of residential properties.
• Meeting clients at pre-determined times to show them the developments available for rent.
• Following up with those clients by telephone the next day and convert them to successful placements.
• Ad hoc duties may be required at times in the rental department.
