• Repairs Manager -To manage the day to day repairs .
• Management functions to support the organization
• To be responsible for providing an excellent repairs service to our residents, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.
• Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair
• Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition
• Implement workplace safety policies and standards
• To manage the day to day repairs service.
• To provide an excellent, innovative and efficient maintenance service that is

• To ensure repairs are diagnosed accurately and within target with the minimum
• need for variations and repeat visits

• Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.

Requirements
