    Desktop Support Technician

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Technician within the retail sector to join our IT team reporting into our Desktop Support Team Leader. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support for desktop computers, peripherals, and software applications.

    The ideal candidate for this role should possess comprehensive knowledge of computer software, hardware, internet applications, networks, and operating systems.
