Restaurant Manager at Babylonstoren

Requirements

• A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12).
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• At least two years’ experience as restaurant manager.
• Wine knowledge and/or courses passed would be advantageous.
• Client service experience is essential.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Must be available to work during hospitality hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays).
• Must have own transport.
• Must be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff.
• Liaise between FOH and BOH as needed.
• Ensure an exceptional culinary experience for all guests.
