Retail Buyer (Accessory supplier) at Hire Resolve

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a Retail Buyer to source and purchase accessories for our store. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion trends, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful buying experience.
• The Retail Buyer will be responsible for selecting merchandise that appeals to our target market, negotiating with suppliers to get the best prices, and ensuring that our inventory levels are always in line with customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new suppliers for accessories
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed buying decisions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
• Work closely with the marketing team to create promotions and displays that drive sales
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and industry developments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail buying, preferably in the fashion accessories industry
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
