    Reward Lead: Africa

    Roles & Responsibilities: 

    • End to end Compensation and Benefits support for South Africa, Nigeria, and Kenya.
    • Annual Salary & Pay Range benchmarking through Mercer and any other relevant providers, conducting ad-hoc market check.
    • Monitor best practices across all aspects of Benefits and Remuneration in Africa.
    • Support the Local HR Teams on delivery of the reward strategy, facilitate exceptions with Regional Reward.
    • Project Manage Reward activities, i.e., any benefits.
    • Manage ad-hoc reports, audits, and data requests.
    • Guide HR members on Reward Policies, and local offers within the reward framework.
    • Manage end to end Variable Pay (APP Bonus) processes annually guide and support HR teams.
    • Support LTIP & Share plans for Africa in partnership with CoE.
    • Review banding requests and perform job banding reviews.

    Skills & Competencies: 

    • Bachelor degree minimum requirement
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience within FMCG / similar industry in a multinational work environment
    • Compensation qualification i.e., World at Work/SARA GRP or Emergence Growth – advantage
    • Global Compensation Policies and practices - advantage
    • Experience in Benefit Management
    • Good understanding of Drafting Policies
    • Good understanding of Legislation in relation to Compensation and Benefits
    • Results oriented, self-motivating and analytical.
    • Ability to foster excellent working relationships with peers and management.
    • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (English).
    • Solid understanding of corporate and operational issues
    • Ability to train and impart knowledge.
    • Advance Excel ability, Intermediate PowerPoint, ability to navigate and utilize Teams.
