Risk Officer at The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA)

Purpose:

• To provide support in relation to the implementation of an enterprise-wide risk management system within the CCMA to ensure all risks are identified and mitigated and that value has been added.

Key Performance Areas: –

•  Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Implementation
•  Conduct risk assessments
•  Risk monitoring and reporting
•  Insurance profile
•  Communication
•  Administer the Risk Management Syste

Key Requirements:

•  Appropriate Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
•  2 to 3 years’ experience in Risk Management
•  Membership with the Institute of Risk Management of South Africa (IRMSA) or equivalent professional body will be an added advantage
