Room Attendant - Hospitality at Tsebo Solution

• We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high service standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to the required standards.
• Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas and corridors.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost property.
• Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and assist with deep-cleaning tasks.
• Accurately record completed housekeeping activities.

Skills and Competencies
