Job Description
Job Purpose:

• The RPA Senior Developer will take complete ownership of requirements for end-to-end automation development and deliver the expected solution in time and the expected quality and report regular status to Project Manager
• The ideal candidate will have good experience in RPA development, excellent analytical skills, knowledge of solid programming principles and broad knowledge of technologies and programming languages.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support in designing solution design against business requirements
• Understand RPA Business requirement and develop RPA solutions that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
• Build highly scalable solutions that are best in class
• Perform Unit testing of scripts developed along with good documentation of test logs and results
• Involve in the UAT Verification phase to support the UAT team
• Deliver within estimated timelines
• Participating in peer review process of codes adhering to design
• Following best practices for code development, reviews, and releases
• Ability to provide quick resolution for issues during UAT and Hyper care
• Timely updating senior technical members for any blockers
• Working with the operational teams by fixing bugs during the UAT and roll-out
• Stay up to date with the RPA technology to add value to the project
• Works independently with limited support

Must Have Skillset and Experience

• Should have minimum 12 months of application development experience
• Should have minimum 36 months of RPA Development Experience
• Solid understanding of .NET (C#) and .NET framework application development or scripting language (JS/ VBS/ JavaScript)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Outlook, Excel) including macros creation
• Proficiency in SQL and Database knowledge
