Safe Manager at Flash Group

A well-established brand with a global footprint, that prides itself on making people’s lives easier through frontier technology that creates enabling opportunities is looking for a Safe Manager to Support the Flash cash-in strategy through the management of trader Safes. Manage operational aspects of trader safes – installations, relocations, handling queries. Compile and analyse Safe performance reports, perform reconciliations, and validate invoices from third parties. Minimum

Requirements:

• Any BCom Degree or similar with accounting
• Minimum 5-years in a similar role with management experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

Responsibilities:

• Operational Safe management, managing the team to perform the following task timeously:
• Liaise with third party safe providers regarding safe installations, relocations and upliftment
• Resolve Safe queries from field staff and with Safe providers
• Assist with urgent issues anytime
• Manage Safe deposit recon process and address discrepancies
• Manage Safe exception recon process and address discrepancies
• Monthly Safe cost recon on all relevant costs, liaising with safe providers to produce accurate financial data within deadline
• Provide Sales team with weekly safe performance reports including feedback on non-performing safes.
• Perform liquidity analysis on safes and cash drops
• Review monthly variances and assist with budget, forecast and 3year plan on safes
• Manage Safe Admin Support staff
