Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare training materials and ensure equipment is safe and functional.
• Deliver training using appropriate methods considering learner diversity.
• Facilitate training aligned with SAQA/SETA/NOSA and QMS requirements.
• Assess and moderate learners per SETA/NOSA codes of conduct.
• Provide confidential feedback and complete Portfolios of Evidence.
• Promote SafetyCloud during training sessions and respond to client queries.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and NOSA products.
• Maintain valid assessor/moderator registrations and submit copies to Training Manager.
• Adhere to NOSA’s Quality Management System. 

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12).
• ETDP-registered Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator.
• Registered with Services SETA for relevant unit standards;
• Explain and perform fall arrest techniques when working at height.
• Assess a worksite for work at height and prepare a fall protection plan.
• Install, use and perform basic rescues from fall arrest systems and implement the fall protection plan.
• US229999: Perform a range of advanced fall arrest rescues.
• Registration/designation with the Institute for Working at Height (advantageous).

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in Fall Protection and Working at Heights training.
