    Sales Account Manager

    We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to expand our client business by identifying new opportunities and cultivating client relationships. This role involves strategizing and implementing sales plans, meeting sales objectives within a designated territory or with channel partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, research, and engage with prospective customers to expand sales opportunities.
    • Develop and implement detailed account plans for high-potential prospects, including arranging and conducting face-to-face sales meetings.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, business models, and decision-making processes.
    • Utilize a deep understanding of customer needs to propose effective solutions, emphasizing their unique benefits.
    • Conduct negotiations in compliance with organizational guidelines, focusing on critical aspects such as payment terms.
    • Assist in the collection of accounts receivables when required.
    • Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed set targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Develop lasting customer relationships for future sales opportunities and repeat business.
    • Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Regularly use the organization's sales process and tools to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate sales activity records and customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as directed.
    • Produce and maintain sales forecasts as instructed.

    Qualifications:

    • A college or university degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is ideal. Equivalent sales experience, or a blend of education and experience, is also acceptable.
    • Knowledge of or experience with export controls and sanctions regulations is advantageous, as this role may require licensing.
    • Prior experience in territory management will be beneficial.
