    Sales Analyst - Bellville

    Position Summary

    We’re now looking for a Sales Analyst to support and accelerate region growth and profitability.  Monitor all customer groups and territories.  Analyze variances and provide value-adding commentary, applying a deep understanding of the business drivers.  Work closely with BPS Manager and ABM in target setting process.  Manage awareness and implementation of group guidelines, procedures and internal audit recommendations

    A day in the life of...

    A Sales Analyst ....

    •  Drive customer business planning by developing, analyzing and synthesize reports and data for insights, trends, abnormalities.  Create customer specific reports to enhance the ABM decision making process regarding the Sales Force.  
    • Perform monthly regional and customer reviews.  Monitor and challenge overall customer business performance through use of relevant KPI's (BAD GOODS,NPS, Return on Investment of voucher spend).
    • Perform weekly and monthly Regional reviews for use by Sales Management in tracking performance.  Analyse poor performance and track all data in graphic and tabular format.
    • Challenge return on promotional investment (ROPI) and support/validate pre-post promotion evaluation process to ensure promotion pre-established targets/objectives are met.
    • Manage the awareness and implementation of Group guidelines, local SOPs and internal audit recommendations.  Escalate to appropriate senior management and agree mitigating actions where potential conflicts of interest.
    • Perform all regional and customer reporting functions including customer group reporting.  Analyze and synthesize reports and data for insights, trends, anomalies.
