Position Summary
As a Nespresso Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enabling the B2C Trade Channel to focus on business results by providing operational support and aligning internal communications related to B2C and managing third parties.
A day in the life of a Nespresso Sales Operations Specialist
Deliver back-office support
- Provide business excellence support (i.e., process and tools), e.g., PO related processes
- Coordinate the delivery of merchandising initiatives taken in offline trade channels and support in the merchandizing activities of the Key Accounts
- Support all B2C operational activities, e.g., follow-up on Trade issues on a daily basis
- Ensure continuous perfect follow-up from order entry in Nespresso to good receipts at KA
- Be in connection with B2C Trade team to follow budget allocations.
- Support Head Office team in reporting, analysis of sell-in / sell-out reports for increasing efficiency, help project and follow ups roll outs when necessary
- Weekly Analysis of Promoter schedules and performance
Align internal communications related to B2C
- Coordinate and align all B2C internal communications, and the communication processes
- Ensure information centralization by providing up to date processes & procedures documentation and an up-to-date shared environment for all B2C channels
- Maintain Document Management System
What will make you successful
- Completed Matric / Diploma or Degree in Business Administration

- Drive customer business planning by developing, analyzing and synthesize reports and data for insights, trends, abnormalities. Create customer specific reports to enhance the ABM decision making process regarding the Sales Force.

Position Summary
Working as a Sales Co-Pilot you will be responsible for providing financial support to customer business teams by providing financial/economic analysis to assure/facilitate the optimal use and control of commercial resources. Furthermore, you will ensure that sales operations adhere to financial, legal requirements and Nestlé Accounting practices.
A day in the life a Sales Co-Pilot:
- Participate in the development of the customer and channel strategy and follow through to all elements of commercial execution. All customers & channels (modern trade, traditional, eCommerce etc.) need to be given appropriate focus and resources.
- Provide sales finance support to ensure alignment in driving sustainable profitable growth across the region. Support will include, but not limited to: promotion evaluations, eCommerce reporting, customer contribution statements, SRM support, TTS consolidation reporting and rebates automation, and best Practice and controls
- Optimize trade spend investments: ensure that Pre- and Post-promotional evaluations are performed timeously and accurately as well as provide financial support to CAMs in their preparation of evaluations. Provide analysis of evaluations vs prior year, across and categories and across customers to ensure optimal use of funds.
- Leverage Customer Contribution Statements (CCS) as a Management Tool by providing analysis pertaining to mix impact, and clear understanding of the CCS drivers.
- Being a custodian of internal controls and assurance that trade spend practices comply with internal and external guidelines.
- Coordinate and complete Standard Operating procedures for Sales Finance
- Partner with relevant functions to ensure transparency, alignment, and proactive collaboration on Trade Spend.
- Partner with Customer Finance organizations to facilitate discussion on order to cash payment cycle and to provide financial guidance in customer negotiations.
- Improve Customer Sales Team business acumen through training and ongoing Finance and Sales Analysis.
- Coordinate the forecast of NNS, TTS, Customer Contribution to ensure alignment with monthly business planning and the Dynamic Forecast.

- BCOM or Similar qualification, or relevant demonstratable prior working experience
