Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Coordinate imported merchandise from order placement through to arrival
• Track shipments, timelines, and import documentation
• Ensure accuracy of product details, quantities, and pricing
• Liaise effectively with suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders, and internal departments
• Identify and resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, or documentation

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or import environments
• Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of import procedures and documentation

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in retail or import/export industries
