Supply customer sales support duties to the Senior Sales Team – Gathering customer information, requesting POD’s, delivery trip information, confirming ETA’s with the logistic teams, etc.
Assist with call-down activities as and when needed – Either by gathering customer information or to help promote the Rectron Product portfolio and offerings.
Assist in updating customer dealer base information – Customer contact details, website information, social media information – ongoing.
Assist in gathering product information for listing on customer e-commerce website portals.
Grow knowledge of products and services, through attending Vendor and Product management training sessions – either virtual, in-person or events.
Learn the ICT distribution landscape, our vendors, products and brands.
Learn and understand the Rectron studio software.
Assist in doing basic quotations and processing orders, as and when needed.
Assist with entering Basic database information.
Education/Qualification
Matric or higher education
Skills & Competencies
Prioritizing and time management
Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Outlook and Email, MS Teams
