    Sales Manager

    • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in sales
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
    • Knowledge of CRM software and sales forecasting tools
    • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in sales management

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
    • Manage a team of sales professionals and provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to help them achieve their sales goals.
    • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead of competition.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide feedback and guidance to improve their sales skills.
    • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts, and report on sales performance to senior management.
    • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate new leads.

    Build team and people capabilities through:

    • Providing real-time, ongoing coaching and feedback to team members throughout the year.
    • On-time completion of performance management activities including regular 1:1s and Bi-annual performance reviews through GPS.
    • Supporting employee development including facilitation of career development conversations and crafting development plans for current and future needs.
    • Taking action to hire and retain high-performers and address poor performance.
    • Proactively manage change initiatives within the team including sufficient planning/ preparation and communication to minimise disruption and support employee adoption.
    • Role modelling the behaviours that support and drive the Flash culture and values.
