What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

• You’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing marketing strategies for utility projects, focusing on medium to large scale utility projects in the Southern African region.
• Engaging with key customers (EPCs and developers) across Commercial, Industrial, Mining, and Agriculture sectors will be your forte.
• Enjoy the thrill of overseeing the full sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while collaborating with global and local teams.

What you’ll need

• Your background should include a minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience in the majority of the listed target markets.
• Proficiency in engineering disciplines (mechanical, structural, and civil engineering) and CAD software (such as AutoCad, Inventor, or similar) is essential for this role.
• Your expertise in managing complex sales cycles, understanding CRM platforms, and a successful track record in a multi-channel sales environment, especially B2B, will be invaluable.
• Strong communication skills, the ability to thrive in diverse teams, and fluent command in English and Afrikaans are key attributes.
