    Sales Operations Manager

    We looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing Business Development Team. Sales Operations is a strategic, ongoing process that equips all client-facing employees (sales managers) with the ability to consistently and systematically have a valuable conversation with the right set of customer stakeholders at each stage of the customer’s problem-solving life cycle to optimize the return of investment of the selling system.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Ensure accurate reporting at all times.
    • Update Pipedrive daily (You will be measured on this)
    • Update Sales Report weekly (You will be measured on this)
    • Update ZOHO Monthly (You will be measured on this)
    • Conclude Quarter with a presentation (You will be measured on this)
    • Complete Solution Overviews, PME grids, Power Hour sessions, meetings set up for sales managers.
    • Become an expert, understand, know and live the SovTech Spex
    • Become an expert in understanding (what/how/why) SovTech functions.
    • Become an expert in deeply understanding our Sales Models and processes (DAAS, PL, CLOUD) products, services and offerings.
    • Become an expert in each department, S.O must know the ins and outs of all operational models, processes and everyday functioning of each department.
    • Become an expert in knowing each departments SDLC - why/what/how- each department implements software.
    • Optimize and Implement the Sales Process.
    • Great at internal communication between SA and SM.
    • Smoothing the sales processes and workflows
    • Automation - Handling incoming leads and booking appointments management
    • Contract Management (Managing Solution overviews and MDA’s)
    • Focuses on aspects that directly impact the performance of sellers (including staff training, sales communication, customer engagement tools, and process efficiencies)
