This role will require you to be out of the office hunting for business.
Previous technical selling as an external sales person will be advantageous.
Minimum Requirements
2 - 5 years sales/business development experience and 2-5 years in key industrial fields (OEM’s, End Users, FMCG, Logistics and other technical manufacturer and resellers.)
Strong sales & business development focus.
Good understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
Knowledge and understanding of filtration related products, will be advantageous.
Strategic thinking and long-term vision.
Good negotiation skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office and Syspro.
Duties and Responsibilities
Business Development by actively calling on existing and finding new customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
The ability to prepare and present Tectra’s product offering to customers.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
Identify and target new customers and users of Tectra products.
On site evaluation of customer requirements, preparation of quotations and follow up of orders placed by customers.
Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of product range.
