    Sales Representative - Johannesburg

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the UK, Canada, South Africa, and the Middle East.
    • Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
    • Generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations in the international markets.
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client staffing needs and propose tailored solutions that align with regional requirements.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and conduct contract negotiations specific to the international markets.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the designated regions.
    • Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and business development activities related to the UK, Canada, South Africa, and the Middle East.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and work to resolve any issues or concerns promptly, ensuring client retention and loyalty.
    • Continuously seek opportunities for cross-selling and upselling staffing services across the international markets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
    • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with external stakeholders to create mutually beneficial relationships.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
    • Clearly communicate the value proposition of products and services.
    • Lead negotiations with clients to secure favourable terms and agreements.
    • Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts.
    • Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets in line with organizational objectives.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective business strategies.
    • Provide feedback and market insights to improve products and services.
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in IT sales with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
