Sales Representative at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek out and acquire new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
• Identify and target high-potential customers in need of packaging solutions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and tailored packaging solutions.
• Present, promote, and sell products to prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and competitive trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a hunter-style sales role.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to aggressively build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive and competitive approach to sales.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
