Summary
The Sales Support manages the day-to-day administrative activities of the sales team so that the organization’s sales force is effectively supported and all sales transactions are processed efficiently, accurately and economically. Supports either the Global or Regional Account Managers and defined account team as required including creation of presentations. Further the incumbent is responsible to address customer needs and questions and work with Barry Callebaut resources to ensure timely follow-up. Answers incoming new customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding interrogation about our product and alternative solution as available.
Accountabilities
The Sales Support manages the day-to-day administrative activities of the sales team so that the organization’s sales force is effectively supported and all sales transactions are processed efficiently, accurately and economically. This role will be a combination of sales planning, administrative support, pricing support, account support. In addition to these , primary responsibilities is to support the Sales Managers and Sales Director with reporting , customer pricing quotes, business review preparation, and updating of CRM systems.
