• An established clothing manufacturer and supplier is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sample Machinist with experience in producing high-quality ladieswear samples from patterns and design specifications.
• The successful candidate will have excellent garment construction skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce accurate first samples within required deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct ladieswear samples from patterns, sketches, and technical specifications.
• Operate industrial sewing machines and related garment manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure garments are produced to the required quality, fit, and design standards.
• Work with a variety of fabrics and garment styles.
• Identify and resolve construction and fit issues during the sampling process.
• Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and production teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sample Machinist within the ladieswear/fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques and sewing methods.
• Ability to read and interpret patterns, measurements, and technical drawings.
• Experience working with a wide range of fabrics.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
