SAP FICO Functional Consultant at Hire Resolve

Job Description

• A multinational holding company that manufactures and distributes specialty coatings, sealants, and building materials for both industrial and consumer markets, is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant to design, configure, test, and support their SAP landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Support & Delivery: Manage daily incidents and change requests; act as the primary point of contact to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly.
• Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with cross-functional and onsite teams to evaluate downstream impacts, mitigate risks, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze incident trends to design and implement permanent root-cause solutions, minimizing recurring system issues.
• Project Execution: Coordinate and lead small-to-medium SAP FICO projects, including deployment management and post-production support.
• Documentation & Training: Maintain up-to-date technical system documentation, user manuals, and training materials to elevate overall team quality and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO design, development, implementation, and project coordination.
• Proven track record of supporting multiple SAP rollouts, including at least 3 end-to-end full life-cycle implementations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and MS Office documentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts as required by the global support model.

Technical Expertise

• Core FICO: Proficiency in GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Cost/Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.
• Platforms: Strong configuration hands-on experience in both SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA.
• Integrations: Deep knowledge of FICO integration points with Logistics (MM), Sales (SD), and Production (PP) modules.
• Data & Interfaces: Strong exposure to interfaces and data extraction techniques.
