An undergraduate qualification in Operations Management / Public Administration or Management/ Business Administration or Management / Administrative Management/ Management / Financial Accounting/ Finance at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA. Valid Driver's license. Two (2) years functional experience in Client Services environment / Claims Processing environment in operations or Insurance environment.
