To act as directed by the CD/ECD/CCO as per the creative brief Generate effective, innovative, and compelling creative concepts for individual ads or campaigns based on sound strategies.
Direct and produce effective, impactful, and compelling advertising that reflects insight into the task, the brand and the target market.
Craft and finish to the highest possible standard all artwork relating to a specific job or campaign.
Proactively identify creative trends and opportunities.
Assist with selecting voices, sound effects, music, and music composers that fit the project and the budget.
Direct radio and TV soundtracks toward a high-quality final product.
Strive for excellence (relevant, current, ground-breaking).
Present competently in reviews and to clients, articulating clearly the creative rationale for the work being presented.
Develop a valuable relationship with internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience
Matric
Relevant Diploma / Degree
Experience in Financial Services will advantageous
Technical skills include Design, Art Direction, Illustration, Rendering, Storyboarding, Retouching, and photo manipulation, understanding of web/online media, Photo Shoot direction, understanding of music, vocals and the TV Production process
A portfolio that reflects creative conceptual proficiencies.
Flair for art direction/design, broad, intrusive, creative, and original work
Ability to deliver creative work of distinction
Capability to take on campaigns with multi-element tasks that require a concept and a thought-through process
Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Video Editing, Flash, etc
Has achieved merit-worthy excellence by winning awards in their field of expertise
