Senior Business Analyst at CyberPro Consulting (Pty) Ltd

The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams face and provide solutions to these groups.
Responsibilities

1. Facilitate workshop sessions to extract requirements with multiple stakeholders by setting up and facilitating workshops via TEAMS to extract information
2. Collaborates with business stakeholders to determine business needs and relevant delivery of requirements.
3. Investigate, align on and document definitions for finance and operational KPI’s
4. Identify opportunities to leverage data already gathered by other functions in the OML group.
5. Analyses reporting requirements including the consolidations and business unit / country views required, and reporting periods
6. Effectively documents and maintains requirements (including data modelling, interface layouts, data flows, screen and report layouts, etc.), ETL mapping files, validations, transform rules, technical and system specifications.
7. Facilitate the implementation of new or enhanced reporting process
8. Documents requirements including data modelling, interface layouts, data flows, screen, and report layouts, etc.
9. Document test plans and test cases
10. Guide testing efforts with end users.
11. Map data flows and requirements into Features, User stories, Sprint tasks
12. Ensures solutions present timely, consistent, accurate, complete and valid data.
13. Execute change management and support the end User during the project
14. Work with diverse teams across multiple African geographies
15. Build and maintain strong working relationships within the Finance Transformation programme

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
2. 5+ years' of experience in related industry
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
