Senior Business Analyst at Experian

Job Description

• Primarily deliver as part of a business analysis function, within a data driven environment with project management objectives included. 

• The role will primarily be to interact with stakeholders on all data ingestion and distribution deliveries. This will include the scoping and documentation of deliveries as well as collate information from various stakeholders. 

• User acceptance testing will form part of this function, thus a very strong knowledge of data driven processes, with a keen eye for detail, are required. Working knowledge of data processes within bureaus of great advantage.  

• The role will require strong project management abilities, helping the team drive successful deliveries. 

• Review processes for accuracy and relevance, with the ability to ask the difficult questions to facilitate a high-quality environment.

Qualifications

•    Business Analysis Diploma/Degree or equivalent relevant experience to the bureau data environment
•    5 years’ experience as a B.A. 
•    7 Years or more working in a data driven environment. 
•    Experience as a B.A in the bureau industry extremely advantageous  
•    Experience in the IT industry and working with IT Teams critical
•    Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
•    Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
 

Additional Information

• Analysis and Solution Definition: Develops requirement specifications and system design specifications for client. Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Make sure solution recommended is commercial yet competitive.

• Technical Recommendation and Testing: Leads testing efforts. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Works with client personnel to identify required changes. Communicates needed changes to development team.

• Project Management & Administration: Day to day management of new projects as well as change requests in relation to the projects to ensure agreed deadlines are met together with management, thereby assisting in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. Takes input from management and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback. Communicates and applies project standards.
