Senior Chef & Front Of House Couple at Wild Dreams Hospitality

• An ultra-luxury private game reserve in the Northern Cape is looking for a SENIOR CHEF & FRONT OF HOUSE COUPLE to join their small, close-knit team.
• This is a farm-to-table property built around privacy and quiet, personal service, so the ideal couple will be confident, hands-on, and genuinely happy to pitch in wherever needed between guest stays.

Role 1 | Senior Chef

Core Criteria:

• Well experienced, senior-level chef able to run the kitchen independently
• Confident with fine dining standards in an intimate, low-volume setting
• Strong understanding of farm-to-table cooking using seasonal, locally grown produce
• Comfortable working alone with minimal supervision
• Formal culinary qualification advantageous

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and present all meals to a fine dining standard
• Work closely with the head farmer on garden and produce planning
• Assist in the vegetable gardens when needed
• Help with general maintenance tasks when needed
• Manage kitchen stock, ordering, and hygiene standards

Role 2 | Front of House:

Core Criteria:

• Previous front of house experience beneficial but not essential, training will be provided if required
• Warm, professional, and guest focused
• Willing to learn all aspects of the role
• Organised and reliable, comfortable supervising a small team

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-ins and hosting
• Oversee restaurant service
• Supervise the housekeeping team and assist with housekeeping duties when there are no guests
• Support the chef and wider team wherever needed

Package Offer:
