Job Purpose    

• Performs administrative/clerical tasks associated with controlling the receipting, recording and circulation of correspondence and files.

Key Responsibility Areas    

• Performs specific tasks/activities associated with maintenance, circulation and control  of registers and correspondence files.
• Undertakes specific administrative and general activities associated with the provision  of office support.
• Processes and updates personnel information related to time and attendance

Essential Requirements    

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license
• 1 Year relevant experience
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements    

• 2 Years relevant experience.
