As our newly appointed Senior HR Consultant, you will provide first class delivery to our Enterprise customers. You will develop long-lasting client relationships and provide expert advice on SHL products and services, working with colleagues within and outside the Professional Services business to ensure that our solutions meet client needs and deliver sustainable growth in SHL’s business.
This role will offer you continued variety and new challenges working across a variety of industries. You will design and deliver solutions and projects across the following areas:
For larger more strategic accounts you will partner with the sales teams to plan and execute an account strategy to drive revenue growth and lead the project delivery team. You will positively contribute to SHL growth by being a trusted thought leader and partner to our clients, advising on and scoping profitable consulting work that fully explores and challenges client needs. You will have responsibility to help shape our thinking in new solutions and services by identifying themes and trends in the market or sectors. You will active in the industry, contributing to industry events and networks, identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of our consulting solutions.
About You:
You will possess a bachelor’s degree and be a qualified Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist. You will have significant experience within talent management, including experience as a client facing consultant and having presented training courses is required. You will possess talent management knowledge and experience working with HR strategy and processes, organisational behaviour and organisational development. It is essential to be a registered Psychometrist or Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA
