Senior CRM Engineer (RSA Remote) at Burgiss

About The Role

We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Senior CRM Engineer to contribute to the development of the firm's core application in an energetic, fast-paced environment. The role provides a great opportunity to develop a substantial portion of the system, from design and architecture to implementation and deployment. This is a full-time position.

Our technology stack includes but is not limited to .NET Core, Docker Containers, Angular11+, Azure, AzureDevOps, Kubernetes, SASS, Node.js, RESTful APIs, SQL Server, MongoDB, JavaScript API for Office, Git, CRM Dynamics Online.

Responsibilities

• Design, Coding, and Code review of new and existing product initiatives;
• Develop resilient solutions using best practices
• Assist with the move of the existing CRM tool to MS Dynamics 365;
• Understand the architecture of the CRM application and maintain it;
• Work on automation of the inflow of data from other tools/applications;
• Support and/or carry out any necessary enhancements, adding additional modules or troubleshooting the CRM tool;
• Work on the source code and build solutions for CRM Online and other Microsoft Cloud Services;
• Support and/or carry out future integrations with other MS tools used or introduced in the organization;
• Strive to enhance programming skills and learn new technologies;
• Ad hoc tasks as required by the management;
• Meet personal and team deadlines through collaboration with the team

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent and relevant job experience ;
• Demonstrable grasp/practical experience with OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and ability to design highly scalable code using C#
• Strong in Object Oriented Programming using C#
• At least 5 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment in a SCRUM team;
• .NET, C#, JavaScript experience is essential;
• At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Experience;
• Hands-on experience writing plugins, workflows, JavaScript, dialogs, etc.;
• Working knowledge of CRM’s interoperability capability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and MS BI Stack ∙ C#/VB.net, ADO.Net, XML, T/SQL, JQuery, JavaScript, and Web Services;
• At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes;
• At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture, Design, and Detailing of Processes;
• Planning, Prioritization & Analytical skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all project team members and stakeholders (locally and globally) is very important.
