What you will be doing:

• Become a platform expert and leverage cutting-edge tools like Studio Apps, JSON, and SQL to deliver exceptional results.
• Solve complex problems by diving deep into client data and develop innovative solutions that optimise performance.
• Manage client relationships and ensure issue resolution by serving as the primary point of contact for client tickets.
• Maintain streamlined and efficient ticket workflows through the use of tools like Fresh Desk, Jira, and Teams.
• Collaborate closely with clients through calls and screen sharing to diagnose issues and deliver optimal solutions.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client reports and production runs through diligent monitoring.
• Utilise your JSON and SQL expertise to customize client setups, enhance functionality, and meet project deadlines.
• Cultivate strong client relationships by providing proactive communication and personalised support.

What our client is looking for:

• A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, SQLite, and T-SQL to write complex queries and procedures.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs (XML/JSON), Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• A meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, and experience in data structures and analysis.
• Knowledge of asset management, cloud services, and design tools like Adobe InDesign is a valuable asset.
• The ability to confidently manage scope, challenge requirements, and deliver tailored technical solutions.
