•     Responsible for the design and development of all marketing and channel creative collateral. Responsible for the adaptation and localization of global creative.
•     Operates effectively as a member of the Marketing team and provides creative guidance to the junior designer.
•     Also operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes.
•     Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
•     Effectively designs and develops in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
•     Utilizes storyboarding and graphic pre-designs where appropriate.
•     Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills.
•     Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.

•     A strong design portfolio displaying user / consumer-centred design.
•     A broad understanding of HTML and a strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash Animate, Edge Animate.
