The strength of our Centers of Expertise (CoE), as part of Customer Success, is to analyze customer solutions with 360° view on relevant components including application, database and technology, as well as engaging a strong back office support for every customer engagement, providing Expertise on Demand, instant resolution of top pain points and fast access to best practices/information plus instant quality assurance of recommendations and the improvement plan.
In the role of a Senior/Export Support Engineer Logistics (Architect/Solution Architect), depending on your experience, you will work in the Center of Expertise (CoE) with focus on S/4HANA and as Logistics Architect. Your experience in several logistics modules (MM, PM, PP, QM, SCM, EWM/TM) will assist you deliver services for every aspect of customers' software implementation, transformation or upgrade project, as well as on operations, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem resolution, and knowledge transfer.
Our team primarily focuses on assessing SAP S/4 HANA solutions incl. functional and technical design, performance critical processes, assessment of implemetation, monitoring during testing and GoLive, planning the digital transformation.
EXPECTATION AND TASKS
Your role involves delivery of technical and application services within customer engagements. You need very good Application and process knowledge as well as implementation skills, and you are a decent problem solver with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. According to your experience, strengths and customer needs, you will conduct some of the following tasks:
