    Senior Group Web Manager

    Job Purpose

    • To deliver, manage corporate websites and governs usability, design, access principles and guidelines enterprise wide.
    • Manage web initiatives including optimal development & administration of Nedbank websites and Implements a development and publishing methodology in line with best practice principles.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Online delivery of corporate marketing messages and Content updates to sections (e.g. Group Marketing, HR, RBB, Comms and Sponsorships) carried out as per owner requirements.
    • Regular content check by all content owners across corporate site to ensure information is up to date.
    • Distribution of key messaging to all businesses for loading to respective websites and delivery of online annual reporting suite.
    • Site-wide updates post annual reporting cycle Quarterly SEO Audit.
    • To ensure that web content is updated in line with the requirements supplied by the content owners.
    • Ensure content is aligned with brand CI and all content within the websites is tagged and tracked.
    • To manage and control the budget required for the running of the web site.
    • To supply management reports on the development, maintenance and technical running of the Web site.
    • Management of the Web Content Editor on a day to day basis.
    • Controls online business risk and Manages user support.
    • Manages and influences the input of associated technical teams and resources.
    • Ensure user experience design meets best practice and conduct UX studies to identify further opportunity for improving the user experience.
    • Deliver website to audience based on current audience technologies, ensuring recent browser and device (responsive) requirements are catered for.
    • Review and implement changes as necessary to user journey for key stakeholder groups based on best practice and UX testing.
    • To ensure the compliance of the Corporate Web environments with latest standards & guidelines.
    • Develop and update Digital Brand Guidelines.
    • Ensure corporate site aligned to digital brand guidelines.
    • To ensure that web sites are aligned with standards to meet with user expectations and international best practice guidelines.
    • Develop a single list for classifying digital assets and possible infringements online for resolution by Risk.
    • Management of plc owned domains; registration for brand protection.
    • Audit CMS access for Publishers and Auditors.
    • Manage the privacy, security and accessibility of the websites.
    • To manage, assist in development and assist in maintaining all technical aspects of the Corporate Web environment.

    Qualification

    • Matric / Grade 12 /
    • National 1st Degrees in Digital Marketing and Management
    • Post graduate qualification in Marketing and Communications or Commerce
