    Senior Human Resources Business Partner - South Africa

    Required Experience

    • Employee Relations: 7 to 8 years
    • HR Generalist: 7 to 8 years
    • SAP/Success Factors: 2 to 3 years
    • BEE Admin: 4 to 5 years
    • Multinational Exposure: 4 to 5 years

    Candidate Requirements

    • A requisite Tertiary Qualification, with a minimum of 8 years work experience in a HR Business Partner role, and at least 6 years HR generalist experience related to South African HR practices (BEE, SD, Recruitment, Remuneration and Benefits).
    • Experienced working in a global, matrixed organization with a track record of accomplishments showing measurable business impact. 
    • Experience with creating lasting change using intentional organizational design and development practices.
    • Full knowledge of legal implications of the employment relationship. Ensure compliance with local and national legal requirements, advising management on needed actions.
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP/Success Factors HRIS modules is preferred.

    • Excellent project management skills.  Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
    • Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a team member.
    • Strong business acumen.
    • Strong intercultural competencies
