Senior Manager: Property Management Salary Group: Management at PRASA

DEPARTMENTAL MISSION

• To lead Intersite’s property portfolio by overseeing leasing governance, sales and brokerage channels, portfolio operations, and precinct-level service delivery to ensure commercial performance, regulatory compliance, and the sustainable optimization of property assets.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management/ Real Estate/ Public Administration or a relevant professional qualification.
• A valid code 8 driver’s license.

EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in property/ portfolio management, of which 3 years must be at management level.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• Honours or Postgraduate Diploma (NQF level 8) in Property Development/Infrastructure Finance/Urban Planning or MBA.
• Professional Membership Registration with PPRA, South African Facilities Management Association (SAFMA) or South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA).
