• Perform operations management.
• Direct plant and conventional safety programme.

• Direct Plant life cycle management in plant engineering, operating and maintaining the plant.
• Manage plant contracts in line with Power Station policies and commercial procedures.
• Human resource management and training.
• Direct plant finances.
• Leadership development of key station managers.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

• B Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Control & Instrumentation, Industrial or Systems Engineering at NQF 7 with 360 credits or 
• B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Control & Instrumentation, Industrial or Systems Engineering at NQF 7 with 360 credits or 
• National Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Control & Instrumentation, Industrial or Systems Engineering at NQF 7 with 360 credits.

Experience:

• 10 years Power Station experience in a management capacity, plant operations and engineering.
