    Key Responsibilities

    • File documents.
    • Retrieve, scan and archive documents
    • Prepare and capture document data.
    • Provide reports
    • Promote and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements.

    Minimum requirements
    Qualification(s):

    • Grade 12/NCV4 NSC3/N3 and languages/Diploma/Certificate in the relevant function at NQF4 with 120 credits.
    • Related Minimum Experience: 2 years: Experience in general and office administration activities
