• An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Operations and Engineering Manager to take charge of the 2 Factories as well as lead the Central Engineering Department in a high-speed, continuous production environment. This senior management role is ideal for an experienced and dynamic professional looking to make a long-term impact in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational and production performance across multiple factories.
• Lead and manage the Central Engineering Department to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Implement asset care strategies to maintain production assets and service equipment.
• Deliver high-quality engineering and business unit projects on time and within budget.
• Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks to enhance productivity.
• Ensure effective budget management and cost controls for engineering and production functions.
• Provide hands-on support for operations and production when required.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (BSc, BEng, or BTech) - non-negotiable.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role within manufacturing (FMCG or Packaging preferred).
• Proven expertise in projects, maintenance, and asset management.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams of Engineers and Artisans.
• High-level financial and commercial acumen.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical abilities.
