Senior Pensions Claims Administrator at FEM

Job Description

FEM is looking to appoint a Senior Pensions Claims Administrator to provide an efficient financial and administrative pension support service within FEM’s Pensions department. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Pensions manager by ensuring the accurate administration, calculation, and payments of IOD Pensions benefits and that new and existing pensions benefits are instituted in line with the COID Act. The position requires an incumbent that has good analytical skills, can establish, and execute plans and is excellent at building relationships.

• The minimum requirements of the position are a related B Degree or Diploma and a minimum of 3 years’ disability claims or related experience.
• Knowledge of the COID Act will be a distinct advantage.
• Working knowledge of the pension claims environment, the ability to speak more than one language, and good computer skills are requirements for the position.
• Excellent customer focus, the ability to work in a highly pressurized environment, quality orientation, reliability and excellent communication skills complete our requirements.
