Senior Planner at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Drive timelines and ensure efficient workflow from design to shipment.
• Oversee the placement and tracking of all orders.
• Ensure samples arrive on time and are processed quickly.
• Communicate effectively with designers, suppliers, and customers.
• Consolidate orders and integrate systems using Excel.
• Use formulas to manage and analyze data efficiently.
• Work with design programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Check briefs, send QA comments, and upload required information onto BrandComply.

Requirements:

• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data consolidation, system integration).
• Experience with design software (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Sharp attention to detail for quality assurance and process accuracy.
