Senior Principal Solution Consultant, APM, IMEA at ABB

Responsibilities:

• Support the growth of our APM business from a solution consulting or technical sales perspective.
• Evangelize our APM solutions both internally and externally.
• Work cross-functionally across ABB to implement and expand our digital strategy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their needs and aspirations, and guiding them on their journey to meet and exceed those needs.
• Lead discovery workshops with customers to thoroughly understand their needs, current state, and the potential value of addressing their challenges.
• Deeply understand customers' challenges to serve as both an internal advocate for them and an empathetic guide.
• Collaborate with our value pillars to solve customer problems.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Mentor junior team members.

Qualifications for the role

• To be successful, you need proven expertise in Asset Performance Management and deep technical knowledge in asset management, machinery health, and industrial risk. Your strong experience in client relationship management and a customer-focused perspective are essential. You should also have a solid understanding of industrial software solutions, including Historians, ERP systems, IoT, and automation.
