Provide detailed layout designs, coordination and packaging of initiatives for Informal Settlements Upgrading applications.
Assists project manager in preparing of briefs, scope of works, the appointment o professional team, and the monitoring of the content and quality.
Ensure that all applicable policies and regulations are streamlined to enable a successful project roll-out.
Coordinate the facilitation and participation of relevant stakeholders in the identification, development and programming of strategic planning projects.
Ensure the successful roll out of the City's delivery objectives and the IDP.
Manage junior staff performance, and ensuring deadlines are met.
